The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the proposal of the petitioner for verification of the caste claim is accepted by the Scrutiny Committee.

As now the proposal of the petitioner is accepted, the Scrutiny Committee will proceed with the said proposal in accordance with law.

In case, the Scrutiny Committee finds fault with the certificate issued to the petitioner, then the procedure as in the case of the father of the petitioner as detailed under order

2 wp 5425.20 dated 24.09.2019 in Writ Petition No. 11715 of 2019 be followed.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
