1) Earlier, the request of the petitioner has been turned down by this Court while permitting to withdraw the writ petition No.3031/2005.

The petitioner is making allegations against the advocate representing him in the above said writ petition. 2) We do not deem it appropriate to entertain the grievances against the advocate contained in the communication dated 27th February, 2014 transmitted to Hon'ble the Chief Justice. It would be open for the petitioner to pursue the remedies available in law. On perusal of the writ petition, we are convinced that the petition does not deserve

consideration in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3) Writ Petition stands rejected.
