Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 2.

According to the petitioner, validation proceeding is pending since the year 2004. In the year 2015, vigilance was conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. As yet, the validation proceeding is not decided. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that as the validity is not yet submitted, respondent no.3 has issued the notice.

As the validation proceeding is pending and it is not in the hands of the litigant to get the validity proceeding decided within a stipulated period, we pass the following order.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside.

The respondent no.2 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2nd September 2020.
