We are not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter as the petitioners have already given representations to respondent no.3 to consider their case for transfer.

Respondent no.3 shall take decision upon the applications / representations of the petitioners for transfer as per the policy and the relevant judgments, preferably within eight weeks. 5.
