The motion is made for speaking to the minutes. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, this Court by order dated 15th June, 2022 has partly allowed the application of the applicants for withdrawal of amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (rupees Seven Lakhs Only). However, in clause No.(ii) of the operative part of the order it is mentioned that, "amount deposited in this Court", however, the amount is deposited before the Commissioner for employees compensation, Dhule.

Hence, applicants requested to make necessary correction in operative part of the order in clause No.(ii). 5.

In view of the above in the order dated 15th June, 2022 in clause No.(ii) of the operative part of the order instead of "amount deposited in this Court" be substituted as "the amount deposited before the Commissioner for employees compensation, Dhule", correction be made accordingly.

The motion stands disposed of.
