Present petition can be disposed of in view of the prayers and the facts. Already Hon'ble Minister, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department has passed orders on 13.06.2022 and 28.06.2022, which are in favour of the petitioners. It is only the question of implementation of the same.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for all the respondents makes a statement that the implementation would be done within a period of three weeks.

Taking into consideration the orders passed by Hon'ble Minister, which can be said to have achieved the finality, now the implementation has to be done and, therefore, in view of the [1]

916-wp-4504-2024.odt statement made, all the steps those are required for implementation of the said orders dated 13.06.2022 and 28.06.2022 be undertaken within a period of three weeks from today by the respondents. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
