The present appellant has assailed the judgment and order dated 18-3-2011, passed by the learned Judge of the Family Court,
(2) F. C.A. No. 17 of 2011 Aurangabad, in Petition No. A-281/2009, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the present appellant for dissolution of marriage. The petition was filed for dissolution of marriage on the ground of cruelty and mental disorder.

During pendency of the Appeal, parties were referred for mediation wherein parties submitted Compromise Pursish. Mediation was successful as per report of the Mediator. Both the parties have agreed to put an end to the relationship and dissolve the marriage. 3.
The terms of compromise are also placed on record. We would consider the same as per Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955. From the date of presentation of the same, 11 months have lapsed. Parties do not have any grievance against each other. The respondent affirms that she has been paid the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- towards permanent alimony and both the parties have consented for divorce. 4.
The appellant and the respondent both are present in the Court and they accept the terms of compromise.

We have also considered the report of the learned Mediator and the compromise. Considering the same as a petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act 1955, we allow the same. 6.
The marriage between the appellant and the respondent, dated 16-6-2006, stands dissolved from the date of this order. Decree be drawn accordingly.
