Heard learned counsel for the parties at length. 2.

It appears that writ petition has been moved against refusal to stay order of temporary injunction in an application in appeal in proceedings pursuant to section 41-E of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950.

Having regard to nature of the impugned order and urgency that is being submitted, it would be expedient that the district court, Aurangabad before which the matter is pending proceeds with the appeal itself and decides the same, if possible, before commencement of summer vacation.

Parties are expected to co-operate the court in early disposal of the appeal. It is further expected that the parties for said purpose would appear before the district court on 28-04-2016. Erring parties may be strictly dealt with.
