The petitioner has put forth prayer clause '

as under :- "A. To direct the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner for the post of "Assistant Teacher" (Shikshan Sevak) by issuing writ of mandamus, or any other order, direction or appropriate writ, as the case may be, B. To direct the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary) zilla Parishad, Dhule to consider and decide the proposal dated 06.01.2014, 03.12.2018 and 01.02.2021 (Exhibit "G" and "I") submitted by Headmaster, Shri Ravikanya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Lohgaon, Tal.Shindkheda, Dist. Dhule run by the respondent No.4 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as "Assistant Teacher" khs/August 2022/5458

- 2 - (Shikshan Sevak) within a period of two months, pending hearing and final disposal of this petition."

Since the proposal, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending, it would be appropriate to direct the Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the first proposal dated 06.01.2014 which is followed by 2 reminders, on it'

s own merits.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the proposal forwarded by the Management dated 06.01.2014, on it'

s own merits and strictly in accordance with the MEPS Act and Rules and the policies of the Government applicable. This exercise of deciding the proposal shall be completed on or before 21.09.2022 and the order would be communicated to the Management as well as the petitioner on or before 30.09.2022.
