Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel submits that the proposals seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner on grant in aid post has been submitted by the management on 13.07.2016 to the respondent no.3. Mr. Deshmukh submits that at present the petitioner does not press the prayer with regard to salary. 2.

In case the said proposal seeking approval to the appointment / transfer of petitioner on grant in aid post is pending with the respondent no.3, then, respondent no.3 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within four months. Writ
