Learned counsel for the respondent-insurer submits that the applicants be permitted to withdraw half of the amount of compensation deposited before this Court. Learned counsel submits that as per the order passed by this Court, the insurer has prepared a private paper book and submitted it on record. In view of this, if the matter is ready for hearing, I am not inclined to allow this application for withdrawal of amount of compensation. Civil application is disposed of.
