The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that considering the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, after this Court passed it's first order on 24.04.2024, the Petitioners desire to avail of the statutory remedy as is prescribed in law. They also desire to file interim applications for seeking reliefs, under conditions as are normally imposed by the concerned authority, which is the Additional Collector. It is prayed that the said applications for interim orders be considered expeditiously. 2.

In view of the above statements, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off. We expect the Additional Collector to deal with the interim applications of the Petitioners within a period of 15 days from the date of filing.
