By this application, the applicant was permitted to withdraw the interest amount accrued on the compensation amount by this Court in Civil Application No.4932 of 2018 dated 03.12.2018 be recalled to the extent of furnishing solvent surety. But then, the applicant is ready to furnish bank guarantee. The learned advocate appearing for respondent No.1, who had deposited the said amount has no objection.

Under such circumstance, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
