Heard. Perused the application and the related documents. The applicants are hereby seeking permission to make change in their surname from Teli to Chaudhari and in the name of Applicant No.4 from Mangalabai Fakira Teli to Mangalabai Prakash Teli in the first appeal and the civil application/s therein.

Since identity of the applicants is undisputed, what is in name when the person is the same. In AADHAR card and the documents of recent 1 / 2

CA-5388-21.odt origin, the surname of the Applicant Nos. 1 to 3 is appearing as Chaudhari, whereas in the revenue record and in the proceeding before the Special Land Acquisition Officer and the reference Court, they represented by surname Teli. Applicant No.4 - Mangalabai Fakira Teli is the sister of Applicant No.1. After marriage her name is changed as Mangalabai Prakash Teli. Copy of AADHAR card is submitted in proof thereof.
