Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. The First Appeal No.338 of 2017 itself has been dismissed by this Court on 08.10.2018. Under such circumstance, definitely, the applicants are entitled to get the amount that has been deposited in the matter. Hence, application is allowed.
