The contention of the Petitioner is that the decree delivered in RCA 230/1984 dated 14.10.2009 has been confirmed by the Hon' ble Supreme Court. Regular Dkt.No.12/2010 has been initiated and the order passed by the Executing Court dated 27.11.2013 is not being implemented.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector, Beed to call for a report from Tahsildar, Parali Vaijnath, Dist Beed with regard to the issue raised by the Petitioner and by following the due procedure laid down in Law, khs/June 2023/5515

- 2 - direct the said Tahsildar to proceed to initiate steps as are necessitated by Law, expeditiously.
