The proposal is sent by the college for sanction of one post of a Professor. The reliance is placed on the circular dated 26.10.2010 so also the circular dated 31.12.2008 and 12.08.2009 to contend that 10% posts in a grant in aid college shall be that of a professor. The proposal states that there are five posts of Assistant Professors. According to Mr. Deshmukh,

( 2 ) wp 5432.17 the posts have increased to six.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall consider the said proposal (page No. 100) by considering aforesaid circulars and shall take decision on it within a period of four (4) months from today. The petitioner and/or management may make a fresh proposal to the Director of Education. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
