The application is filed for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing appeal from order against the order dated 03/01/2024 passed by the learned District Judge-4, Jalgaon. The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application on the ground of maintainability by submitting that only writ petition is the remedy against the impugned order dated 03/01/2024. However, for that purpose the report of Registrar (Judicial) can be called. But at this juncture, considering the short period of delay, the same stands condoned.
