Since the sole Respondent in the Appeal filed by the State did not appear and none appeared for him, this Court had issued bailable warrant against him.

Learned Advocate Mr. G. R. Syed holding for Mr. S. S. Choudhari for the Applicant submits that due to ill-health, the Applicant was under medical treatment in the hospital at Pune. He submits that, therefore, the Application be allowed and the bailable warrant issued against the Applicant be recalled.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes that he would be appearing in the matter on the dates. He submits that the Appeal and the Revision be fixed for final hearing. 4.
Learned APP for the State submits that appropriate orders be passed.
5.
In view of the above, the Application is allowed and the bailable warrant issued by order dated 25.02.2024 against the sole Respondent is recalled.
6.
Criminal Application No. 1403 of 2025 stands disposed of. 7.
Fix the Criminal Appeal and Criminal Revision Application for final hearing after six (6) weeks.
