Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for non-applicant nos.4 and 5. None for non-applicant nos.1 to 3 though served. 2.

Perused the impugned award passed by the learned reference Court.

Compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer at the rate of Rs. 44,550/- was increased to Rs. 1,33,750/- per hectare. In submission of the learned Counsel for the applicant, this enhancement is without there being any legal evidence on record.

As such, impugned judgment and award dated 4-2-2011, passed by the Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ahmedpur [District : Latur], in L.A.R. No. 539/2007, is stayed, pending hearing and final disposal of First Appeal No. 1471 of 2014, on condition that the applicant should deposit the entire amount of award, in this Court, within a period of three months from today. 5.
