By order dated 18.06.2018 parties were directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property. That order was continued till today. By this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the execution and effect of impugned Judgment passed by the learned First Appellate Court, however, it is to be noted that the appellants-original defendants had admitted in their written statement that plaintiffs are possessing the suit property. Under such

CA_5980_2018 circumstance, it is in the interest of parties to the proceedings that the order passed by this Court for maintaining status quo on 18.06.2018 is continued till the final hearing and disposal of the Second Appeal. Hence, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo accordingly. Civil Application stands disposed of.
