We have heard Mr. Sapkal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent nos.1 to 3 and submits that the petitioner has remedy under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In light of that, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

The petitioner can agitate all aspects, such as non-supply of documents, opportunity of hearing not granted before the Appellate Authority. 5.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
