Shri S.S.Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant himself is a medical practitioner and his wife is also a medical practitioner. He submits that the applicant has lost control over urine. The Chief Medical Ofcer, Aurangabad Central Prison has given the report that the applicant is sufering from urinary disturbance. Shri Jadhav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was released on interim bail during Covid restrictions, he attended the duties in the Civil Hospital and on the expiry of the term of interim bail, he surrendered before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Aurangabad.

Learned APP for the respondent-State also does not dispute this position.

Considering the disease the applicant is sufering from, he is released on interim bail of two months from the date of his release. During this period, he shall report to the concerned Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday. On expiry of term of interim bail, he shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Aurangabad.

Violation of the condition would entail cancellation of the interim bail.

If the applicant is not in a position to attend the Police Station on account of surgery, he is at liberty to forward the papers of surgery to the concerned Police Station ( M.G.SEWLIKAR ) JUDGE SPT
