S.S. SHINDE AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.

When the matter is called out, none appeared for the petitioner. We have heard the learned A.P.P., representing the State.
2.
In fact, the prayer claimed in this petition is vague and general. It appears that already, the order is passed by the competent Court to carry out the investigation. We have carefully perused the letter dated 3rd April, 2013, written by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Paithan issued to the Police Inspector, Police Station, Pachod wherein the directions are issued to investigate the matter and accordingly, after the investigation is complete, to file the report/chargesheet. In that view of the matter, we
criwp615-2015 cannot persuade ourselves to grant any relief to the petitioner. The writ petition stands dismissed. [SANGITRAO S. PATIL] [S.S. SHINDE] JUDGE JUDGE npj/criwp615-2015
