Though these appeals are fixed for final hearing, but the learned Counsel Mr. Z.H. Farooqui, holding for learned Counsel Mr. Gaware for the respondent produced on record copy of death certificate of respondent/accused Ramdas Namdeo Khandve in Criminal Appeal No. 545 of 2005. The same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. He submitted that the aforesaid respondent/accused is the same in Criminal Appeal No. 544 of 2005. As per the aforesaid death certificate it is revealed that respondent/accused in both these appeals has died on 02.05.2023. As such, both these appeals stand abated against the respondent and accordingly disposed of.
