Mr. Pathade, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of legal heirs of the respondent No. 5. So there is no need to issue any notice to newly added respondents.

This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No. 5. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The civil application is disposed of. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two
