The applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1471 of 2016 initiated under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act for divorce from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal, which prayer is opposed on the ground

87.17mca (2) that the respondent is ready and willing bear conveyance charges and out of pocket expenses, which can be deducted from salary.

Considered submissions. It is not in dispute that other two proceedings i.e. proceedings under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act and under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act are already pending at Bhusawal Court. 3.

In view thereof, objection is overruled.
