These are the applications filed seeking withdrawal of Dearness Allowance deposited by the respondent bank in this Court.

2.

Learned advocate for the respondent bank fairly states that he has no objection if the amounts are transmitted to the bank accounts of the applicants.

3.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses "A".

4.
