Learned counsel for applicant submits that there is no delay in bringing on record legal representatives as far as deceased respondent No.1 is concerned. So far as deceased respondent No.2 is concerned, application is delayed by six months. Delay has been explained in paragraph No.4 of application.

In the circumstances, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and accordingly is disposed of. ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH ) JUDGE.
