The application is wholly misconceived as the earlier application for withdrawal of the amount was disposed of and the applicant has come out with a fresh prayer for withdrawal of the balance amount. In view thereof, present application, in my opinion, is liable to be rejected with liberty to the applicant to move appropriate application before regular Court.

Hence, the Application is rejected with liberty as indicated above.
