During the course of the hearing, learned Counsels for both sides seek clarification that the Tahasildar shall decide the proceeding as directed by order dated 24/04/2024 passed by the Additional Collector, Chh. Sambhajinagar in accordance with law and without influenced by the observations made by the Addl. Collector in the said order. 2.

In view of the said joint request, it is clarified that Tahasildar to decide the proceeding as directed by the said order in accordance with law and without being influenced by the observations made by the Collector.

Learned Counsels for both sides also seek direction for 976 RA 46.2025.odt

expeditious disposal of the proceeding before the Tahasildar. 4.

Tahasildar to make endavour to decide the proceeding at the earliest.
