This is an application in disposed of Writ Petition preferred by the respondent-husband. It appears that in order to show his bona fides, he was called upon to deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in this Court. The Writ Petition has now been dismissed and now by way of this application the wife is claiming the amount.

Once it is seen that the amount was merely deposited pursuant to an order of this Court to show bona fides, the applicant has no right to claim it and the money should go back to the person who has deposited it, the respondent.
