Mr Bilolikar, learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of L.R.'s of respondent No.2. Accordingly, there is no necessity to issue separate notice to the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 2. 3.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Necessary amendment in the title clause be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
