Heard learned counsel for petitioner. Order on Exhibit 5 for temporary injunction is of 2015. Against the same petitioner had preferred appeal before the District Court, which also came to be dismissed on 10th February, 2016. Writ petition has been preferred against two concurrent orders of the Courts below. 2.

Having regard to the nature of the suit and contention of hardship being faced by petitioner, it would be expedient that the trial court would proceed with the suit expeditiously. As such, without entertaining the petition on merits, it is disposed of. 3.

The trial court may proceed with the suit expeditiously and dispose of the same, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH ) JUDGE.
