Respondent No.20, who is not party respondent in the writ petition, shall stand deleted forthwith.

The petitioner seek restoration of the petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. The civil application is delayed by 39 days.

Learned Advocates and the learned AGP cause their appearances on behalf of respondent Nos. 6 to `19 and 1 to 5, respectively.

The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that heavy costs be imposed and the costs be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed and the delay is condoned on the following conditions :- [a] The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,500/- (total amount) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 03/05/2019, failing which, this order shall stand recalled on 04/05/2019 and the earlier order dated 08/02/2019 shall stand restored. [b] All office objections shall be removed on or before 04/06/2019.

[c] List the writ petition for Urgent Admission hearing on 07/06/2019.

[d] If the directions in clause (a) and (b) are complied with, the adinterim order passed on 06/08/2018, would continue. [e] Learned AGP shall produce the R & P which was returned by his Office.
