Mr. Patil, the learned advocate accepts notice for the respondent No. 3. We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision is filed before Hon'ble Minister along with stay petition, however, though the same is filed in March 2019, no decision has been taken on stay petition.

The Hon'ble Minister shall decide the stay petition filed by the petitioner in the revision filed by him expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner and the respondent No. 3 shall appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 28th June, 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
