CORAM:

VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:

30/09/2015 1.

Perused the record and proceeding. The objection notified by the office is that C.A.No.5833/2012 filed for delay and for bringing on record the legal heirs of appellant sole i.e.Babu Ghansham Gunjal was dismissed vide Hon'ble Courts order dated 8th July 2015 on the ground that the advocate has not carried out amendment within time. Thus it is crystal clear that the amendment has not been carried out by the appellant within time. Hence the appeal filed by the sole appellant stands abated.
