It appears that, the bail granted to the petitioners herein was cancelled, without hearing them, on the ground that the provisions of the M.C.O.C. Act were invoked. Since opportunity of hearing was not given to the petitioners herein before the bail granted to them was cancelled, the order impugned herein is set aside with a direction to the Court concerned to hear the petitioners herein and decide the application of the prosecution for cancellation of bail.
