The first information report would show that all the incidents for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, had occurred within the territorial limits of village Akola, Tal. Ambajogai, District Beed while, the complaint has
2 3-criapln2397-2015 been filed within the territorial jurisdiction of District Latur and the charge sheet is also filed with the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Latur.

In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "D" which reads as under :
"D] Kindly be transferred proceeding or case or RCC No.536/2014 pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Latur, Tq. & Dist. Latur to Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambajogai, Tq. Ambajogai, Dist.
Beed."
