PER COURT :- Heard. It appears that, the investigation has been completed by the Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer is in process to file `B' Summary. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, investigation has not been done in proper manner. Though he has addressed the application dated 07/09.02.2015 to the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli, the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli has not looked into his grievance.

In the circumstances, we disposed of the Petition with direction to the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli to look into the contents of the application dated 07/09.02.2015 and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within two weeks from receiving the order passed by this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor assures this Court that, the office of the Public Prosecutor will communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Hingoli.
