Petitioners are interested persons in prosecuting the remedy since they are the nephews of the concerned respondent. Allegation is made in respect of unauthorised construction raised by respondent no. 4. It prima facie appears that the petition is aimed at settling the personal grievance with respondent no. 4 or is a result of personal animosity with the concerned respondent. We do not propose to go into the question of fact involved in the matter and leave the issue for consideration of the competent local authority. No interference is called for in the petition. Writ petition stands rejected.
