We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for sole respondent.

As per the affidavit filed by the respondent, the applications of the petitioners were already decided by the Sub Divisional Officer prior to passing of the order by this Court in Writ Petition. In view of that, the contempt as alleged would not be tenable. 3.

Contempt petition is disposed of.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not aware of the orders passed by the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioners would file appeal before the scrutiny committee against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer rejecting the applications for issuance of caste certificate. 5.

Considering the facts of the present matter if the appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of fifteen (15) days from today, the question of delay need not be considered.
