The learned AGP points out a detailed order passed by this Court on 01.08.2022 in Writ Petition No.7981 of 2022 (Dattatray Keshavrao Marathe Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others) and group of matters to which one of us (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) is a party. In view of the conclusion in the said judgment, the Petitioners have a statutory remedy available.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that since the law is settled by the aforesaid order, the Petitioners would avail of a remedy either under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or under the MRTU & PULP Act, 1971. All contentions be kept open. 4.
In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off with liberty to avail the remedy as may be advised. 5.
