Heard Mr. Sagar Killarikar, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that, the respondent No. 3 is not submitting validity certificate, nor getting his caste certificate validated.

We had asked the learned Addl. Govt. Pleader as to the period within which the Committee would decide the validation proceeding of the respondent No. 3. The learned Addl. G. P. on instructions of the respondent No. 2 makes a statement that the Committee shall decide the proceeding of the respondent No. 3 within a period of six (06) months from today. Said statement is

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
