O R D E R

This proceeding is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

Mr.Phule, learned AGP for the appellants/State submits that the appellants don't want to prosecute with the Appeal in view of the fact that the compensation awarded by the SLAO is within the range of four times as per the Government Resolution dated 03/11/2016 and subsequent Corrigendums dated 23/02/2017 and 13/08/2018. Mr.Tungar, learned advocate for the respondent/original claimant is present. He submits that he has no objection to withdraw the Appeal. The withdrawal pursis placed on record by Mr.Phule, learned AGP for the appellants/State is taken on record and marked as Article X for identification.

Mr.Tungar, learned advocate for the respondent/ original claimant submits that some part of the amount of compensation deposited by the Government is already withdrawn and some amount of compensation is lying with the Registry. He submits that necessary orders may be passed regarding payment of remaining amount of the compensation.

The Registry is directed to pay remaining amount of the compensation to the respondent/original claimant as per the rules forthwith.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

6.

The court fee refund certificate be issued to the appellants/State as per the rules.

7.

Pending the Civil Application/s, if any is/are disposed of.

8.

Parties to bear their own costs.
