This is the 3rd bail application of the applicant for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that recently two co-accused have been granted bail by the Sessions Court. Hence, he is claiming it is a change-in-circumstances. If the bail is sought on this ground, he has to approach the learned Sessions Court/Trial Court.
