The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the case of the petitioner would be reconsidered in the light of observations made in clause (3) and (4) of the letter dated 23.6.2025 given by the P.F. Commissioner to the petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of the letter dated 23.6.2025, the writ petition is disposed of.

The concerned authority/Committee to reconsider the P.F. proposal of the petitioner for higher pension scale/wage scale expeditiously. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to place on record documents, if any, before the concerned authority/committee. The Committee would decide the same in accordance with law, on its own merits and as expeditiously as possible.

All contentions are left open.
