This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body - appellant in the office of this Court. This Court in similar matter i.e. Civil Application No. 4125/2025 with other connected matters by order dated 21.04.2025 allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

Considering above, following order :

ORDER

(I) The civil application stands partly allowed.

(II) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount out of deposited amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. Remaining 25% of the amount be kept in a fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. (III) The civil application stands disposed of. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) P.S.B.
