The applicant/petitioner prays for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 01/04/2019. He was granted 7 days to remove all office objections till 08/04/2019. Having failed, the petition was disposed off by refusing registration. The limitation is of 7 days for filing such a Civil Application from 08/04/2019. This application is filed on 12/04/2019 and the limitation period would end on 15/04/2019. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he is willing to remove all office objections. He points out that

Considering the above, this application is allowed. The Writ Petition would be registered subject to the following conditions :

(a) All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 20/06/2019.

(b) If the above condition is not complied with, the Writ Petition would not be registered.

(c) If above condition is complied with, the order of the Registrar dated 01/04/2019 shall stand set-aside and the petition shall be restored.

(d) Thereafter, the Writ Petition shall be registered and shall be posted for ''urgent admission hearing'' on 28/06/2019. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
