The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe. His Tribe claim was subjected to validation. Respondent No.- Scrutiny Committee invalidated his claim. He is therefore before us.

The petitioner mainly relies on the validity certificates granted pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1983 of 2022 and Writ Petition No.8421 of 2020 to his blood relatives. 4.

The learned AGP do not dispute the relationship of the petitioner with the said validity holders. There is nothing otherwise has been shown to take a view different other than the views taken by the Division Benches of this Court in the aforesaid two orders. In these Narwade/

949.odt circumstances, we have no option but to grant the petitioner conditional validity. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

i.

The writ petition is therefore allowed.

ii.

The impugned order herein is set aside.

iii.

Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee shall grant the petitioner validity of 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe.

iv.

The validity to be granted to the petitioner shall be subjected to the outcome of the decision in the proceedings of his blood relations to whom the petitioner has been relied by the petitioner herein.
